Eligibilty:  All enrolled SAMS students

Summer School extends the SAMS program into the summer months of July through August, providing children with a safe and comfortable place to spend their summer days. Summer School offers an opportunity to transition into the Montessori environment for new students and time for returning students to enjoy more time school. The Summer School program is taught by SAMS credentialed teachers and runs on the same schedule as the school year program. During the Optional Afternoon Program, children enjoy special summer fun such as water play, art projects, and cooking project.

Summer Schedule: 

  • 9:00 to 9:15 a.m. Student drop off
  • 9:30 to 11:10 a.m. Classroom/Garden time
  • 11:10 to 11:30 a.m. Outdoor time
  • 11:30 to 11:45 a.m. Circle time
  • 11:45 Student Pick up
  • 11:45-12:30 Optional Lunch time
  • 12:40-1:00 Outside time/Pick up
  • 1:00-2:30 Optional Afternoon Program
  • 2:30-3:00 Pick up
